If your child attends a private preschool or daycare in the Huntsville, TX area, simply fill out the screening contact form (here), and I will

schedule him/her for a speech and language screening.

 

If your child does not pass the screening and further

evaluation is necessary, you will complete parent/

guardian intake forms and a case history for your child.  

 

Once the evaluation has been completed, you will

receive a copy of the evaluation report, and I will call you

to discuss the results.

If speech therapy is recommended for your child and you

are in agreement, then we will schedule the first session.
